Nigerian Protesters Organised A ResumeOrResign Vigil At Abuja House London, Forcing Buhari Into Impromptu Decision To Return & Resume!

Last night, Nigerians in the UK staged a #ResumeOrResign protest in front of the Abuja House in London, this was after UK police granted them permission and provided security for the peaceful protest that at Campden Hill, Kensington.

The result is that Buhari is finally going home after more than 100 days on medical leave that is estimated to cost the country over £50, million on medical bills, jet parking fees, and miscellaneous. 

A statement released this morning on the Facebook wall of Buhari's Special Adviser on
Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina read; ''President Muhammadu Buhari returns to the country later today, after receiving medical attention in London.

The President had left the country on May 7, this year, after handing over power to Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, who has functioned as Acting President since then.

President Buhari is expected to speak to Nigerians in a broadcast by 7 a.m on Monday, August 21, 2017.

He thanks, all Nigerians who have prayed ceaselessly for his recovery and well-being since the beginning of the health challenge.''
