FIFA; Sepp Blatter Wins Fifth Term As President

Sepp Blatter has won a fifth term as President of FIFA, despite widespread calls for him to step down over the recent corruption scandal engulfing the organisation in which several members of his executive were arrested by both the Swiz and US authorities Thursday. The 79-year-old re-election was confirmed when challenger Prince Ali bin al Hussein of Jordan conceded, having won only 73 votes with Blatter securing 133 in the first round.
