Civil servants in Kogi state, both serving and retired, maybe grumbling about owed months of salaries and entitlements, but Yahaya Bello, the governor, is not building his hopes on their economy. The Kogi state Governor Yahaya Bello has reportedly completed and opened his new N3.5 billions state-of-art country home in Okene, Kogi State.
