This is what Atiku & PDP are doing that has got Buhari and his team scared.
Atiku is pursuing a two-pronged attack on Buhari - 1, to disqualify and stop Buhari's inauguration; 2, to have him declared the winner of the February Presidential election.

Security reports indicated that what Atiku got from INEC server was correct, accurate and can be proven if subjected to any forensic analysis. INEC knows too. INEC is aware of the two staff in the IT unit that got out that precious information with precise pictorial evidence to Atiku but it's too sudden to have them sacked. Atiku's body language to invite Microsoft and others to analyze the server is seen in the presidency as how far he can go and it would be revealing.

The various polling agent reports corroborate what the server showed. The result Atiku and PDP published tallies with what security sources and INEC have.
The pressure being mounted on the Chairman of the Tribunal, Justice Bulkachuwa has discredited the woman. There's a dilemma - if she leaves, Atiku and PDP win a crucial battle. If she stays, the result of the tribunal must only go one way - Atiku's way or else it would show she still stole justice as she couldn't recuse herself having been declared unfit as her husband is a Senator-elect under APC.

Next sitting with a written application for Bulkachuwa to recuse herself would be submitted on the 22nd of May and the Tribunal would then rule, it's on authority that she's buying time - she would indeed recuse herself. She's staying in to make It look like she did what PDP and Atiku asked for. Don't forget PDP National Chairman also personally wrote a direct letter to Bulkachuwa for her to recuse herself. That was brave!

Atiku's lawyers are all lawyers with forensic intelligence, their posturing is causing fear as well - graveside confidence and know what to do. They undertake stimulation before every court session, carrying out mock court session.

Dr. Livy Uzoukwu (SAN) who leads Atiku's legal team is a soft talking but a hard nut to crack. He has a peculiar way of asking questions - to bait the witness and drag them along rough and multiple routes. Most often, people end up crying during his cross-examination.

He combines psychology and unconventional probe of witnesses to torture them while offending the opposing lawyers and up confuse them - this strategy has also been discussed. That was why APC and presidency threw up something earlier that he wasn't a Nigerian or one licensed to practice here.
So What the government has come up with is counter-attacking Atiku's style. And as usual the lousy, noise making, ugly looking, strange dressing and archetypal liar of the modern era has been chosen to do the dirty job - attack Atiku and his credibility, occupy them with new war front to defend themselves.
He has started the game. Atiku and PDP had better not listen or pay attention to this tested liar whose shame knows no bounds.

The government is scared especially as the demand from Atiku for the tribunal to stop Buhari's inauguration jolted them - it was a shock to them and that sent a strong message.
A source said the government quickly had to step up their counter-attack and Lai was asked to hold a press conference to denounce Atiku and PDP's strategy.

Interestingly, security sources keep revealing top secrets to Atiku. No one in government trusts Buhari again. That led to the redeployment all of almost 100 Aso Rock staff from Aso Rock recently elsewhere. Majority of those left with top secrets. They were redeployed because the presidency was aware of increasing leaks to Atiku.
