BRITAIN, US AND FRANCE TO CONFRONT BASHAR al- ASSAD'S SYRIA.

A team of experts is expected to begin an investigation today after President Bashar al-Assad’s regime pledged to maintain a ceasefire at the site in Damascus.
Last night Prime Minister David Cameron and US President Barack Obama spent 40 minutes discussing the crisis on the phone, and ordered officials to examine “all options” for a response.
There is speculation that the US, Britain and France could back limited airstrikes to demonstrate that chemical weapons will not be tolerated.
