BRITAIN’s FORMER FATTEST MAN FINDS LOVE ON FACEBOOK AFTER LOSING 48st.

Paul Mason got a Facebook message from Rebecca Mountain after she saw a TV documentary about him.Romance blossomed as they chatted over Skype and he hopes the slim 40-year-old will visit him in Ipswich from Orange, Massachusetts, US. ‘We became close friends and now we are boyfriend and girlfriend,’ said the 52-year-old, who reached 440kg by eating 20,000 calories a day.
Mr Mason is quoted by the Daily Mail as saying: ‘She watched my documentary and thought “I want to help to find this chap help”.
‘She didn’t really think anything romantically to start with, she just wanted to help me find someone who will operate.
‘I was a bit cautious to start with but as soon as I met her on Skype I felt at ease. We talked for four-and-a-half hours. ’He added: ‘I didn’t know anything about her but we talked all about her life and how she wants to help me. It wasn’t until the second conversation that I realised there was more there than

just friends.
‘She felt the same and brought up the idea of us being boyfriend and girlfriend.’
The 52-year-old said Ms Mountain ‘really wants to come over and see me’ and admitted he was ‘so excited’ about finally meeting his girlfriend.
