BRITISH WOMEN RUSH TO GET NIPPLE TATTOOS IN LATEST BEAUTY CRAZE

BRIT women are rushing to get their nipples tattooed in the latest beauty craze. Dubbed 'tittooing', body-conscious lasses have begun darkening and defining their nipples with the help of semi-permanent tattoos. 

The craze started in Liverpool and has now swept through the rest of the UK. Nipple tattooing has long been used during breast reconstruction surgery. 

But now women are eager to receive the treatment - which can cost up to £1,200 for both nipples - for cosmetic purposes. Gail Proudman, who offers 'tittooing' at her Merseyside clinic, told The Telegraph: 

"A lot of people want their nipples made darker. It's thefashion. "Some people think theirs are too pink or theirboyfriends want them done."  Each treatment lasts around 12 to 18 months, withtop-ups recommended to maintain a darker colour. 

Claire Jagger says being 'tittooed' was the "finishing touch" after her boob job. "Now I feel great because I have absolutely perfect nipples."
