A call center recruit was sacked even before his first day at the job, after posting on his Facebook wall that his job interview was like having ''phone sex''

Dopy Gibbs have been celebrating after securing himself a job with his council. But he was told not to turn up after bosses were alerted to a number of inappropriate posts about his job inter view and crack down on immigrants.

Among his posts are; '' the woman doing my phone interview has the sexiest voice''.  ''I am getting a hard on .... feeling more like phone sex than an inter view'' '' Time for crack down on immigrants''.

A council spokesperson confirmed his offer has been withdrawn.
