POLICE ARE CALLED IN OVER WAYNE ROONEY'S DEATH THREATS!

TWISTED trolls kicked Wayne Rooney when he was down by blitzing him with death threats after his team’s 4-1 derby defeat. The Manchester United striker was gutted after their drubbing at arch-rivals City on Sunday.
But that did not stop sick fans turning on the 27-year-old England star, who scored United’s consolation goal, by posting vile threats to him on Twitter. These were aimed at him, his wife Coleen, also 27, and their two children, Kai, three, and four-month-old Klay. The culprits could face police action as specialist force IT experts monitor internet traffic. One fan tweeted: “@WayneRooney hope something tragic happens to you, your missus and the kid. "Another simply posted: “Overpaid ugly f***. Go die.” A third supporter wrote: “Not gonna lie. I wanna kill Wayne Rooney.”
Coleen replied to the threat directed at her and the children with the message: “Another nob!” But other followers leapt to the couple’s defence. Victoria Nelson wrote: “That’s disgusting. No need for that sort of stuff. Game of football not life or death.’’ and Abbie McCormick messaged: “What is wrong with people? It’s football for god sake! No need for death threats #prick.” A police source said: “Social networking sites are not an excuse for people to say whatever they like to whoever they like.’’
