Rihanna’s Minder Dies After Rampage

RIHANNA’S bodyguard has died after he was Tasered by police.Norman Oosterbroek was apprehended while rampaging naked in a neighbour’s home. The minder, who has also looked after Lady Gaga, 27, and Nelson Mandela, 95, is said to have broken into the mansion while high on cocaine. Oosterbroek broke into the Miami pad in the nude on Monday night and was confronted by owners Markus and Christiane Jung. Police found the bodyguard fighting with Mr Jung when they arrived at the house. Oosterbroek is said to have battled to resist arrest and officers Tasered him in the chest, causing him to fall to the ground, 

The 42-year-old Dutchman was pronounced dead later at Baptist Hospital in Miami. Mrs Jung said they hardly knew Oosterbroek and were still traumatised by the incident. She said: “Our family needs time to heal. “This was really, really horrible and we can’t talk about it now. “I can tell you that the police took very good care of us. It was horrifying.”

Miami Police spokesman Major Nancy Perez said: “He was highly violent, uncontrollable and unstable.” Oosterbroek was known as the “Dutch Giant” because of his 6ft 5lb, 280lb frame. He began his protection career guarding Mandela and then set up his own personal security firm in the Netherlands. The burly father-of-two accompanied Rihanna, 25, to her grandmother’s funeral in Barbados in June 2012. And in 2010 while working for Jay Z, Oosterbroek threw a fan 10 feet off the stage, breaking both his legs. It is believed that Oosterbroek had been in and out of rehab for several years.
