Think you spend too much time in the office? Facebook employees will now be able to LIVE in their Californian HQ.
According to the Mirror, the social media giant is building a luxurious housing estate for employees to live in next door to its HQ offices in Menlo Park.
The £75 million development will have 394 apartments as well as a swimming pool, spa and pub.
Called Anton Menlo, staff will also be able to leave their dogs at a day care centre, replace burst tyres at a bike repair shop and relax on one of the three themed rooftop decks.
Apartments in the 630,000 square-foot area will primarily be set aside for Facebook employees to rent at market rates, but a small amount will be set aside for low earners.
"The beauty of this thing is that it's extremely close to our campus," said John Tenanes, Facebook's director of real estate.
Facebook moved its offices to Sun Microsystems’ former campus in Menlo Park in 2011 and will soon have an extra wing built by renowned architect Frank Gehry.
"Facebook is a strong supporter of its local community and consistently recognised as one of the best places in the world to work," said a Facebook spokeswoman.
"This project advances both goals, by providing our employees an excellent new housing option within walking distance to campus while investing in new housing opportunities in our local community.
