The most famous Kardashian made sure that her engagement bling was on show at all times as she coyly hid her face with her hand and brushed her hair back.
The sparkler– given to her by Kanye West in a lavish proposal– glistened in the light as Kim attended the Dream for Future Africa Foundation Dinner.
But it wasn't just the stunning diamond that screamed wedding fever.
The super-sexy star dressed her mind-blowing curves to perfection in an ivory crop top and panelled pencil skirt.

Although the dowdy skirt featured off pleats around the knee section, the stretchy fabric did wonders for Kim's bootylicious hourglass figure, and hugged her perfect behind.
Despite the sizzling sexiness of the ensemble, the only flesh being flashed was a sliver of midriff between her top and skirt.
After seeing Kim's astounding bust and famous booty in the tight attire, we realise why Kim had to fight for the cameras to concentrate on her ring instead.
The 33-year-old, who has lost 43 pounds since the birth of daughter North, was absolutely glowing as she walked the red carpet in stroppy black and gold heels.
She left her golden hair loose while keeping her make-up dewy and sun-soaked.

   

The hottie was then joined at the Beverly Hills bash by fiancé Kanye, who dressed down in a t-shirt, black trousers and brown moccasins.
The smitten pair held hands on the red carpet before being escorted back to their car by security.
Kanye proposed to Kim on her 33rd birthday after renting out a baseball park for the occasion. He popped the question with the specially-designed sparkler while an orchestra performed Lana Del Rey's 'Young and Beautiful'– before seamlessly melting into 'Knock You Down' by Keri Hilson, which Kanye himself featured on.
And the eccentric rapper still seemed to be in disbelief of his bride-to-be's banging booty. He was caught staring at Kim's rump as they entered the charity event venue.
