In the first six months of 2013 every single victim of a bite from a LASD dog was either African-American or Latino.

“In the first six months of 2013 every single victim of a bite from a LASD dog was either African-American or Latino”
During the period covered in the report, the largely black areas of Century, City of Industry, Compton, Lakewood and South LA saw more dog bites than all of the LASD's other districts combined.
