Man arrested for masturbating outside library after claiming he was SHAVING!

POLICE were called to a library on the weekend after a witness claimed to have seen a man masturbating in his car.

 

Robert Leatherman originally claimed he was in his car shaving [WASHINGTON COUNTY JAIL]

Beaverton police in the US state of Oregon got the call at 5pm on Sunday evening and officers found the man at the Beaverton City Library in his car.

Robert Leatherman, 26, denied he had been masturbating when question and said he had reclined in his car seat to shave.
However after further questioning Leatherman admitted to watching pornography on his phone and inappropriately touching himself.

According to Daily Star, Leatherman said he had an erection and did not want to get out of his car while he was in that condition," Beaverton police said. “Once at the library, Leatherman said he had an erection and did not want to get out of his car while he was in that condition” Leatherman said he had been watching the NFL at a friend's house and stopped off at the library to return some books.

He assured police it was the first time he had ever done something like this and promised it would never happen again.
He was arrested for public indecency and booked in the Washington County Jail.
Officers say he does not have any past criminal
