Another Kardashian is headed for divorce. Khloe Kardashian filed for divorce from husband Lamar Odom in a Los Angeles Superior Court Friday.

The news confirms rumors of an alleged split following months of Odom’s substance-abuse issues that led to an August DUI arrest and a brief period in rehab, People magazine reports.

Kardashian, 29, was spotted sans wedding ring at a Hollywood Reporter‘s Women in Entertainment Breakfast Wednesday.

Odom, 34, caught national attention after his arrest in August. He received three years probation in a plea bargain for his DUI.

The couple, who married in 2009 after a whirlwind romance, had not been seen in public together in weeks.
