Who's That Girl? Kim Kardashian Sparks Surgery Rumours After Posting Throwback Picture!

SOMEONE should really tell Kim Kardashian that the first rule of hiding possible plastic surgery is binning the old evidence.

The reality star has managed to add even more fire to the rumour mill regarding her alleged cosmetic surgery by sharing old snaps of herself looking drastically different.

Kim, who has always denied going under the knife, shared a picture from 2006 for 'Throwback Thursday', a popular trend on her favourite social networking site, Instagram.

Posting a snap of herself with friend Carla DiBello, the 33-year-old wrote: "#TBT VEGA$ with @carladibello #Rehab #2006" – referring to the Vegas pool party Rehab rather than a treatment centre for addiction.

The picture showed a brunette Kim posing proudly in a black monokini that bared her incredible assets, while she shielded her face with massive sunnies.

But while Kim probably wanted to show how her natural curves have always been there, followers seemed to focus on her partially-obscured face.

When comparing this picture to recent shots of the most famous Kardashian, Kim's nose seems to have been slimmed down since 2006, while her cheeks now appear plumper and her skin somehow looks even smoother.

One fan commented: "This was when you looked Armenian", referring to the family's ethnic heritage, while others called her out for revealing her cosmetic surgery in one fell swoop.

While most babes in the public eye are accused of going under the knife or the needle whether they've dabbled or not, it's hard to deny that Kim's appearance has changed since the noughties when looking at old pics of the mum-of-one.

In another snap shared several weeks ago, Kim showed off her banging body yet again while posing with sisters Khloe and Kourtney – but also displayed a much wider nose bridge.

Kim, who is engaged to Kanye West, has always said she's all-natural, even having an X-ray to prove her booty isn't the product of implants.

While pregnant with daughter North, the socialite blamed her fuller pout on baby weight, tweeting: "My pregnancy lips are outta control #IGuessNotABadProblemToHave."

We suspect there'll be a significant decline in Kim's participation in #TBT.
