British PM, David Cameron Wants Russia 2018 World Cup Probed And Hints At Sanctions Against Roman Abramovich, Chelsea Owner Over Crimea!

British PM David Cameron
David Cameron voiced up his attack on Vladimir Putin – suggesting Russia’s 2018 World Cup bid should be probed by FIFA.
The PM also refused to rule out hitting billionaire Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich with sanctions. Mr Cameron insisted Russia must pay for its takeover of Crimea “at the barrel of a Kalashnikov” and warned failure to punish Putin may encourage him to invade more ex-Soviet nations.
He said Europe had agreed to hit 33 Putin cronies with travel bans and asset freezes – and that further aggression would trigger more sanctions. Asked if this could include Russian oligarch Mr Abramovich, the PM said: “We certainly haven’t ruled anyone out from this approach.” He insisted that any decision to strip Russia of the World Cup should be up to FIFA, after claiming the bidding process for the 2018 World Cup was stitched up against England.
