An Australian Plane Catches Fire Minutes After Take-off!

An Australian plane was forced to make an emergency landing when it caught fire shortly after take-off from Perth this morning.
A passenger alerted attendants on the Cobham Aviation flight when they saw smoke coming out of one of the plane’s engines, forcing the pilot to shut off the fuel hose and turn the plane around.
However, passengers revealed to Radio 6PR that they weren’t too worried, saying they trusted the flight crew to land the plane safely, metro.co.uk reports.
The plane then touched back down safely at Perth Domestic Airport, where airport firefighters were able to put out the flames.
On board the plane were 93 fly-in-fly-out mine workers on their way to Barrow Island in the state’s north-west.
The Australian Transport Safety Bureau are to launch a full investigation into the incident. A metro.co.uk report.
