Rihanna is getting worried about Jay Z, and she is not the only one. According to uk.celebrity.yahoo.com, the singer met up with Coldplay singer Chris Martin for dinner last week to talk about their concerns for the rap superstar.
It seems that since rumours started to emerge that all is not perfect in his marriage to Beyonce, Jay has gone very quiet, and neither of the stars have heard from him for some time. Both have long friendships with the rapper - Chris and his estranged wife Gwyneth Paltrow often went on holiday with Jay and Bey, and Rihanna has worked with him a number of times on different tracks, including Umbrella.
A source told Grazia magazine, "Rihanna and Chris met up because they are worried about Jay. Apparently he hasn't been in touch lately, ever since his marriage problems surfaced." Chris is thought to want to extend help to the couple as both Jay and Beyonce helped him and Gwyneth with their issues earlier in the year.
The source added, ''Jay is such a big part of their lives and they want him to know they are there for him. Especially given what Chris has been through. He seems keen to offer any help he can.''
