THE ex-toyboy lover of Jennifer Lopez is demanding £30,000 a month in palimony. A legal source close to the case last night confirmed dancer Casper Smart has hired a top Los Angeles celebrity lawyer to prepare his claim.

The source said: “He wants her to continue to keep him in the lifestyle he grew accustomed to during their two-and-a-half years living together in her properties on both coasts of the US.”

Smart, 27, was dumped by 44-year-old J.Lo, worth £176million, after reports he struck up bizarre relationships with two trans-gender models, a claim he denies.

Our source said Smart initially wanted more than £60,000 a month plus a one-off six-figure lump sum but was told to be “more ­realistic” by his attorney.
