Daniele Watts the Django Unchained actress has been chargeg with lewd conduct. You would recall the actress was confronted by police a few weeks ago in response to a report of indecency in public place and she claimed that the police racially abused her for expressing her love to her white boyfriend.

After obtaining witness accounts and photos of Watts straddling the man with her breasts exposed, the two were each charged with lewd conduct in public, nypost reports.

The Los Angeles Police Department, responding to a complaint about public lewdness on Sept. 11, approached her, asked her for ID and handcuffed her when she refused to provide it. Her accusation that cops accused her of being a prostitute went viral.
