Inter Milan may have secured a 3-1 win over Genoa on Sunday, but their manager Roberto Mancini will probably remember the Serie A game for other more painful reasons.

Mancini was involved in a rather comical, if unfortunate, incident during the victory at the San Siro after being knocked to the ground by a ball that had been launched by one of his own players.
