Congratulations @ official efcc for a job well-done . I commend you for securing a speedy conviction against Bobrisky for abuse of the Naira. Before the euphoria of your success dies down, I challenge you to use your wealth of experience, resources, and energy in the Bobrisky case on corrupt officials of the NNPC who have failed to audit NNPC accounts for decades and as well on those public servants known to have sold our crude oil to foreign countries for their own benefit so that they can have a feel of the Bobrisky effect. I am curious that those indicted in our humanitarian affairs ministry for embezzlement and corruption in the past and present administrations are yet to have a feel of the Bobrisky effect. Similarly, those indicted for sponsoring terrorism in Nigeria, I believe they also need the Bobrisky effect. I beg to stop here for time and space because the list is too long. Congratulations once again

Cyclists took part in the annual World Naked Bike Ride in central London to protest against car culture and to raise awareness of cycling as an environmentally friendly option. A couple of weeks ago we reported that of Manchester and it is London's turn. The World Naked Bike Ride (WNBR) is an initiative that takes place in over 50 cities around the world. Justice Mojisola Dada of the special offenses court sitting in Lagos, yesterday declared the Chairman of Innoson Motors Nigeria Ltd, Innocent Chukwuma wanted over his failure to make an appearance in court for his arraignment for the fifth time. The automobile company chairman is standing trial in a matter between his company and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. Chukwuma had previously failed to make an appearance in court for his arraignment on Jan. 17, Feb. 9, March 14 and April 25. His failure to appear before the court yesterday for five consecutive times informed the issuance of the bench warrant for his arrest. Chukwuma and his company, Innoson Motors Nigeria Ltd., are to be arraigned on a four-count charge of conspiracy to obtain property by false pretenses, obtaining property by false pretense, stealing and forgery. Court Stops Adamawa Assembly From Impeaching Nyako, Deputy

Gov. Nyako An Adamawa State High Court sitting in Yola yesterday restrained the state House of Assembly from serving impeachment notice on Governor Murtala Nyako and and his deputy, Bala Ngilari. According to www.thisdaylive.com, the court, presided by the acting Chief Judge of the state, Justice Ambrose Mamadi, also stopped the legislators from proceeding with the impeachment process against Nyako pending the determination of a motion on notice. Nyako’s counsel, Mr. Jerry Owen, had filed a motion ex-parte on behalf of the governor, asking the court to stop the three respondents and their agents from going ahead with the impeachment moves. In another ruling on a matter brought by the All Progressives Congress (APC), the court restrained all defected members of the party from participating in the activities of the assembly. This is becoming unbearable. I mean the level of brutality the Nigerian army and police forces mete out to the people of eastern Nigeria is getting out of hand. According to reports, here in pictures are female members of the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB who took to the streets yesterday, semi-nude to protest against the level of brutality they are getting in the hands of members of the Nigerian army. Biafran women under the banner, Great Women of Biafra, have stated that some Nigerian soldiers seized four of their members, used the nozzles of their guns to tear their clothes, rendering them naked and brutalized some of them, when they gathered to pray and hold their meetings.
