1000 Muslims form 'Ring of Peace' around Oslo synagogue

In recent weeks and months, the world has witnessed a number of terrorist incidents aimed at silencing and restricting the way we express ourselves and what we have to say and not to say.

''On the morning of 7 January 2015, at about 11:30 local time, two Islamist terrorists armed with assault rifles and other weapons forced their way into the offices of the satirical weekly newspaper Charlie Hebdo in Paris. They fired up to 50 shots, initially killing 11 people and injuring 11 others, and shouted "Allahu Akbar" according to the Wikipedia.  

Since the killings at Charlie Hebdo, there has been a number of other similar terror attacks in a number of other cities in Europe and beyond. With the Oslo Norway attack just of yesterday very fresh in mind, the Muslim communities around the world seems to have seen the need to rally round in solidarity to finding a way to restore the normal peace and tranquillity.

More than 1000 Muslims
formed a human shield around a synagogue in Oslo today as they offered symbolic protection to the Jewish community in the wake of an attack on a Danish synagogue.

Omar Abdel Hamid El-Hussein killed two people at a synagogue and at an event promoting free speech in Copenhagen last weekend.

In a display of solidarity, young Muslims in neighbouring Norway chanted ‘No to anti-Semitism, no to Islamophobia’ and linked arms in what they dubbed a ‘Ring of Peace’ around a synagogue in the capital..... ...GET FULL GIST HERE; Metro UK
