Congratulations @ official efcc for a job well-done . I commend you for securing a speedy conviction against Bobrisky for abuse of the Naira. Before the euphoria of your success dies down, I challenge you to use your wealth of experience, resources, and energy in the Bobrisky case on corrupt officials of the NNPC who have failed to audit NNPC accounts for decades and as well on those public servants known to have sold our crude oil to foreign countries for their own benefit so that they can have a feel of the Bobrisky effect. I am curious that those indicted in our humanitarian affairs ministry for embezzlement and corruption in the past and present administrations are yet to have a feel of the Bobrisky effect. Similarly, those indicted for sponsoring terrorism in Nigeria, I believe they also need the Bobrisky effect. I beg to stop here for time and space because the list is too long. Cyclists took part in the annual World Naked Bike Ride in central London to protest against car culture and to raise awareness of cycling as an environmentally friendly option. A couple of weeks ago we reported that of Manchester and it is London's turn. The World Naked Bike Ride (WNBR) is an initiative that takes place in over 50 cities around the world. The automobile company chairman is standing trial in a matter between his company and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. Chukwuma had previously failed to make an appearance in court for his arraignment on Jan. 17, Feb. 9, March 14 and April 25. Court Stops Adamawa Assembly From Impeaching Nyako, Deputy

Gov. Nyako An Adamawa State High Court sitting in Yola yesterday restrained the state House of Assembly from serving impeachment notice on Governor Murtala Nyako and and his deputy, Bala Ngilari. According to www.thisdaylive.com, the court, presided by the acting Chief Judge of the state, Justice Ambrose Mamadi, also stopped the legislators from proceeding with the impeachment process against Nyako pending the determination of a motion on notice. Nyako’s counsel, Mr. Jerry Owen, had filed a motion ex-parte on behalf of the governor, asking the court to stop the three respondents and their agents from going ahead with the impeachment moves. In another ruling on a matter brought by the All Progressives Congress (APC), the court restrained all defected members of the party from participating in the activities of the assembly. The party averred that three of the defendants who were members of the APC, had defected to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) without notifying the party t

Former Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, has lost one of his sons in a car crash. Hamza El-Rufai died Tuesday morning in Abuja. The former Minister and Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress, APC, broke the news on his faceboook page today. The Facebook post he wrote: '' From Allah we came and to Him we shall return.
