This is Lagos. Unbelievable as fire engulfed 2 huge apartment blocks at Hassan Idowu street in Aguda, Surulere today. A bystander said the fire started from one of the flats and spread and spread. The Lagos State fire service men were nowhere to be seen. SEE MORE PHOTOS BELOW................
