Exposed :How General Buhari/APC Cash Cow ,Governor Amaechi, Spent Rivers People”s Commonwealth In 8 Years
Governor Rotimi Amaechi has been Rivers state Governor for quite a while. He was PDP and now APC. How he became governor is no news. He was one of those PDP rebel governors who exited for personal reasons.
In 2007 a supplementary budget of 53.2billion Naira was passed into law. In 2008 another supplementary budget of 177.930billion Naira was signed into law by Governor CRA bringing the total of Rivers State Budget for these period to 2,997.91trillion (Two trillion nine hundred and ninety seven billion and ninety one million).
Using the official foreign exchange of N150 to 1 dollar, Rivers State total budget for these period is $19.999bn (USD) @ N160 to $1(USD) the black or parallel market. The total budget for these period becomes $18.737bn(USD)
Total Security Vote for the 3years of governor Amaechi tenure is N27.5billion Naira …Money that will not be accounted for!
In the 2010 budget again N16.3billion was allocated for General administration and out of this amount 11billion is allocated to Government House
1. 2 trillion naira collected revenue that has not been accounted for.
2. 57 million dollars for the purchase of Aircraft.
3. 3 billion naira for the construction of Eneka road project is no where to be found.
4. 150 million dollars for the Portharcourt mega hospital is no where to be found.
5. 70 billion naira for tourism centre is no where to be found.
6. 7 trillion naira Federal allocation cannot be accounted for.
8.30 billion naira for the repair of Rumuokuta- China road is no where to be found.
9. 47 billion naira for the Trans -Amadinroad is no where to be found.
10. 250 million naira spent on foreign trips…… He only travelled to southAfrica.
11. He owns 20 companies in Ghana and his people are complaining of Jobs.
12. 20 billion naira for the construction of monorail.
13 2 billion dollars for the rehabilitation of ring-road.
14. 15 million dollars was given to Amaechi for security vote , but yet people sleep in portharcourt with their two eyes open.
15 12 million dollars was paid to some US based online blogs to report negatively against Mr President.
16. 100 million naira was collected by Amaechi to organise a conference.
17. 30 billion naira for building portharcourt stadium that is still in shambles.
18. Amaechi has made the state to owe 100 million dollars as foreign debt.
