Kim Kardashian Has Hired A 'Bum Therapist' After Being Left Unhappy With Her Shape In Recent Paparazzi Photos

Trouble don gas; Kim Kardashian is reportedly said to be very very unhappy with her butt after looking at the appearance and shape of what her mama gave her in recent Paparazzi photos.  Kim was said to have turned moody and decided to consult a Butt therapist.
