The duo of Kylie Jenner and her sister Kendall are reported to have began legal proceedings to tie and ring-fence their first names to become their Trademarks in which no other person can use them. According to tmz.com, the duo are warning celebrities like KLYLIE MINOGUE and many others bearing same names that they may henceforth no longer be able to use their first names as it now belongs to them alone.
