Do you know who this guy is? He is wanted by the London Transport Police for allegedly performing a 'sex act' on himself while on the train in London. Fellow passengers saw him with his hands in his trousers doing the thing on himself. He was said to have traveled on the Kennington and Embankment line on April 17. He did it for several minutes until he got off at the Waterloo and boarded a train heading towards Morden, the report said.
According to the report anyone with useful info that can lead to the police apprehending this man should contact the British Transport Police on 0800 40 50 40 or text 61016, QUOTING reference T/B5 of 15/05/2015 or better still pass your info anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
