Abuja Federal High Court To Rule On Sylvia's N19.2 billion Fraud Case, June 8th - EFCC

According to a report by the EFCC, a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja will on June 8 state it's ruling on the N19.2 billion fraud case against the former Gov. of Bayelsa State, Timipre Sylva, who is also one of the main sponsors of President Muhammadu Buhari's presidential election.

Sylvia along side three of his cronies were alleged to have use three companies, namely; Martin Maritime Limited, Eat Catering Services and Haloween-Blue Construction and Logistics Limited to con Bayelsa State to the tune of N19.2 billion in 2009 and 2012 under false pretense of using the sum to augment workers salaries and wages.

We only hope it's not the same case that was reported to have been dismissed recently by another Abuja High court.
