Kim and Kanye West are said to be expecting their second child. Kim Kardashian gave the news away that she's expecting her second child with Kanye West in the Sunday night's mid-season finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
You could see her up the moon in happiness as she made the announcement. "I just got the bloodTEST back, and I am pregnant!" Kim said in excitement.
