I saw this picture on Facebook. There is no better description of the political atmosphere we have in Nigeria today as a result of the out come of the recent inauguration of the Nigerian 8th National Assembly. It did not start today, it is best described with the following sayings; ''what is good for the goose, is good for the gender'', ''What goes around, comes around'', ''Do unto others as you would want others do to you'', the law of retributive justice{the law of give and take}. In summary; ''It is equivalent to Newton's law of 'every action must have a reaction'. When we think, speak or act we initiate a force that will react accordingly. This returning force maybe modified, changed or suspended, but most people will not be able eradicate it.''
What that means is even better described with the politics the All Progressive Congress {APC} played towards the end of the last political dispensation in Nigeria, in which the party engineered the defection of some key PDP National Assembly leadership to the APC, culminating in the APC producing the Speaker of the House in an Assembly where PDP was the party in majority.
I only hope some people have learnt their lessons?
