An American woman who was held hostage by Isis had her fingernails ripped out and was raped repeatedly by the terror group’s leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, a former sex slave has claimed. Kayla Mueller, 26, was kept as the terror leader’s secret wife according to Yazidi woman Muna, 16, in the horrific final months of her life before being killed in a US drone strike.
The U.S. says she was killed by her captors. Mueller, who was friends with James Foley who was beheaded by Jihadi John, was imprisoned at the home of Abu Sayaff, al-Baghdadi’s deputy, where it is believed she was killed this year. She told MailOnline: ‘When they first captured Kayla, ISIS fighters pulled her nails out. She was forced to convert to Islam.
‘She was afraid and she didn’t resist as [al-Baghdadi] would beat her. I saw him rape her three or four times and they told us that anybody who runs away, including Kayla, would be killed…Kayla did not know she was the Caliph, but she knew he was important.’
‘When Kayla returned in the morning she was crying and said she’d been raped,’ Muna added.
Muna was speaking about her ordeal as a sex slave for the terror group after she was picked from 61 Yazidi women and girls during the siege of Mount Sinjar last year.
She said that the average age of the girls sold into slavery at a Christian building in Mosul was 15.
Muna described seeing Isis militants try to brainwash their slaves telling them to forget their families. She also said that the militants’ wives also treated the slaves worse than the men.
Muna escaped on October 8 last year, travelling for three hours before she was able to get to a house and contact Kurdish forces. She was reunited with her brother and is planning to flee to Europe. Culled from; Metro UK
