This is blatant racism without having to miss words. According to metro.co.uk, a student who asked if there were any jobs was told the club needed ‘less Afro Caribbean Staff’.
Leeta Lee, 24, contacted Bambu nightclub in Birmingham via Facebook. But, understandably, she was devastated with their response.
She said: ‘I could not believe my eyes. It was blatant racism and clearly discriminatory. ‘I didn’t sleep that night because I was just in complete shock. I couldn’t believe in this day and age I was being ruled out of a job based on my race.’
The club blamed the Facebook abuse on a former worker who still had access to the account.
