WOW! Heartwarming Moment A Little Girl Interrupts Military Service To Hug Her Returning Soldier Dad {Video}
These are the heartwarming scenes when a young girl welcomes home her soldier father from a nine-month deployment to the Middle East. Lt Daniel Ogelsby and his men from the 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team returned from a training mission in Kuwait to their home base of Fort Carson in Colorado.
As the soldiers stood during the official welcome, young Karas Ogelsby broke ranks and ran to her father.
The 3rd Armored Brigade were the nearest US ground to Syria until their return to the United States.
Some of the Brigade were sent to neighbouring Jordan.
In a press release, Fort Carson said: 'Their deployment provided combatant commanders a versatile, responsive, and consistently available Army force to meet requirements across a range of military operations in the region.
