This is a $45 million palatial home being rented by Bey and Jay Z. The Holmby Hills palace used to be owned by ex-L.A. Dodgers owner, Frank McCourt. 

 

Mr McCourt sold the house to a British billionaire last year for $45 million, but the new owner who is hardly in L.A. recently decided to put it on the market for lease for around $150k a month.
