A woman was stabbed at an art exhibition in Miami as spectators continued to watch, thinking it was all part of the performance art presentation. The incident took place in the Art Basel Miami Beach, US, on Friday, December 4, when two female patrons started fighting, which resulted into one woman being stabbed, Miami Herald reports.
However visitors of the show were not surprised at first by the scuffle, believing that it was only part of the art show. The patrons were shocked when they realized exactly what happened. Fortunately, the injuries were not life-threatening. As a result of the incident, Police and Art Basel officials announced yesterday that they had boosted security in and around the convention center.
