Most Landlord are said to be very horrible. They usually thinks business first and tenants much later. Yes, it is real. This landlord decided to hand write a letter to his tenants and spread a little bit of Christmas cheer. What a hero. By the looks of things this tenant must be in heaven.
He signs off his letter, which is possible the best Christmas present ever, with: “Merry Christmas.” Merry Christmas indeed! More of this behavior could turn around the often ugly story between tenants and their landlords the for better.
