Recaptured Mexican Drug Lord El Chapo Thought To Have Had Penis Enhancement Surgery While On The Run

Recaptured notorious Mexican narco kingpin Joaquin ‘El Chapo’ Guzman might have underwent manhood enhancement surgery, metro.co.uk reports. The latest rumour, fueled by the findings of Mexican police, suggest El Chapo had an enhancement surgery at a hospital in Tijuana, a Mexican city south of California.

Authorities recovered injectible testosterone, anti-inflammatories and prescribed sexual performance medication at the property where he was re-captured following his time on the run. As well as improving the appearance of El Chapo’s dong, the reported procedure treated his erectile dysfunction.

According to Metro UK, a source told Mexican newspaper Reforma: ‘During his six months as a fugitive for a second time, Joaquín ‘El Chapo’ Guzman left his comfort zone on only one occasion and that was to go to Tijuana to fix his erectile dysfunction problem.

‘El Chapo underwent a complete medical check up that revealed medical scars on his back, penis and testicles, in which doctors placed a special implant that improves the circulation of blood,’Reforma report.

The source also added they El Chapo received: ‘aesthetic treatment.’ The 57-year-old is believed to be the head of the Sinaloa cartel, he was caught in a police raid last week.
