According to uk.sport.yahoo.com, Chelsea FC's captain John Terry is at the moment torn on whether or not to walk out on the club. John Terry and Chelsea last week revealed a contract offer, following appeal and planned protest by club fans, but it seems there is more to the contract than an eye can see?
What it is, is that John Terry has been told that even if he does sign, then he will get very little playing time and also he should be ready to accept a wage cut bringing his earnings down to £60,000 per week. This is in contrast to his expected huge earnings UP to £300,000 per week if he moves to Beijing or Shanghai as is in the offering. And he has made several trips out to China, and is believed to be in quite advanced stages of negotiations over a deal that would make him a household name in the world's most populous country.
The next few weeks and months will have a lot to reveal.
