Former Liverpool Striker Luis Suarez Wins Pichichi Highest Goal Scorer Award Ahead Of Cristiano Ronaldo

Former Liverpool FC and now Barcelona striker Luis Suarez has won Pichichi highest goal scorer award beating off competition from Real Madrid wonderkid Cristiano Ronaldo. The Prestigious Pichichi award, given to La Liga's highest goalscorer during a football calendar year was won by Luis Suarez after his 40 goals edged out Cristiano Ronaldo's 35 goals while Messi lagged behind in third place with 26 goals.

Luis Suarez is now the first player other than Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi to finish as La Liga's top scorer since 2009.
