Back To 1984 Era! Ben Murray-Bruce Reacts To News That Buhari Led Gov. Is Using The Armed Forces To control The Financial Market, As DSS Raid Bureau De Change Offices In Abuja!

This is exactly Gen Muhammadu Buhari's style of government during his two years as Head of State in 1984. I have said this before; the man has got a pedigree and not a degree! The economics I know thought me both in theory and practice, that all over the developed world, economies and fiscal policies are energised by sound ideas, productivity and export and never by the use of police to enforce buying and selling. 

In reaction to this ugly news, Senator Ben Murray-Bruce, said the raid by DSS officials on Tuesday and Wednesday will only cause the Naira to go higher against the dollar,  which is correct. DSS officials in a bid to stop bureau de change operators from causing the free fall of the Naira, stormed some of their offices and arrested two operators who were selling dollar above N400‎.
