This Is What Protesters Did To Governor El-Rufai's Cars While On An Official Visit To Kafanchan LGA!

It looks like Nigerians have started holding their leaders to accountability. The photos herein are not from a movie, rather from the entourage of Kaduna state governor, El-Rufai while on an official visit to Kafanchan.

Trying to calm tension down, governor Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai on Wednesday appealed to citizens not to respond to the treatment meted on him by demonstrators in Kafanchan, Jema’a local government area on Tuesday. The Governor and his entourage were pelted with stones and some of the vehicles broken after addressing some demonstrators immediately after he chaired Kaduna State Security Council meeting in the area.

The official residence of the local government chairman, Dr.Bege Katuka was also burnt.
