You remember the Australian Zoo man {nicknamed crocodile man} who was killed doing what he loved? His legacy lives on, for real, in the form of his 13-year-old son Robert, who appeared on American The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Thursday night. It appears that the apple hasn’t fallen far from the tree, as Robert acquainted Tonight Show host Fallon with several animals including a boa-constrictor, an African Dwarf Crocodile and two sloths.
The 13 yo's energy was clearly infectious, as a beaming Jimmy Fallon effused: “It’s so cool to see you like this, you’re actually your dad!” This is pretty spot on Robert has definitely inherited his father’s love of nature, as well as strikingly similar looks to The Crocodile Hunter.
In the clip from the Tonight Show, Robert Irwin introduces Jimmy “I’m a little afraid of animals” Fallon to several creatures, the first of which is an African Dwarf Crocodile. “My dad called them frogs with sharp teeth,” he states.
Robert Irwin works at the Australia Zoo along with his sister Bindi and their mother. “I love this, I love you, thank you for bringing all these fun animals” states Jimmy, at the conclusion of one of the more heartwarming television clips so far this year.
