It has being protests galore throughout today at various cities in Nigeria and in diaspora over the growing anxiety on the health and the whereabouts of their president. The mood has been that of anxiety and hearsay since Sunday when the news broke that president Muhammadu Buhari has written the national assembly extending his originally 10 days vacation to the United Kingdom to an indefinite period over his worsening health condition.

Don't forget there has been rumours since nearly a week now that he has given up the ghost following complications while he was undergoing organ transplant in a United Kingdom hospital. Though his aides have long rubbished the rumour as fallacy.

According to reports, Mr Buhari was scheduled to return to Abuja yesterday after about two weeks in London for vacation and medical checkup. He was scheduled to resume work today, but in a press statement Sunday evening, the President’s Media Adviser, Mr. Femi Adesina, said that Buhari had informed the National Assembly that he would stay back for some test results recommended by his doctors.

He was however silent on when actually the President would be returning to the country. Nigerians are protesting in UK and all over big cities in Nigeria. Below are a few photos from the protests in different cities, including London.
