Imprisoned IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, according to reports, today fulfilled the mother of all bail conditions imposed on him by Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court, Abuja.
You would recall Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court Abuja asked that Mazi Kanu must provide three sureties, consisting of a serving Senator, a Jewish religious leader and a traditional leader from the South-East. Each of the sureties is to provide N100 million bond and must own a landed property in Abuja.
On Friday, the bail conditions were met as the Chairman, South East Senate caucus and former Deputy Governor of Abia State, Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, a Jewish High Priest, Immanuu-El Shalom Okabemadu and a Chartered Accountant residing in Abuja, Tochukwu Uchendu, were all present to stand as sureties. The Rabbi was flown into Abuja from Port Harcourt.
