According to reports, during the inauguration of the new reconstituted governing councils of 23 federal universities was held at the National Universities Commission (NUC) Abuja on Tuesday, May 9. the Minister of Education tactically refused to shake women's hands.
A twitter user, who was at the ceremony said the Honourable Minister of Education Malam Adamu Adamu raised his hand when the only three female members of the council approached him for a handshake.
