Nigerians React To Military's Plan To Monitor Social Media For What They Call Anti-govt Activities, Hate Speech & Anti-Security Information!

Nigerians react to the statement credited to the Director of Defence Information, Major-General John Enenche, who made open the decision of Nigerian army to start monitoring the activities of Nigerians on social media as it regards to what they call hate speech, anti-government and anti-security information.

It baffled every known principle of democracy why the military should be encroaching into civil affairs of Nigerians rather than allow the police to do their jobs in a democracy. In a true democracy, no one hears the military speak, issue order or even warnings.
