This is the modalities INEC will follow if you satisfy the requirement and submit a petition to recall anyone representing your constituency at the Senate, federal house or the state house of representatives.

INEC doesn’t initiate a recall process nor do they collect signatures. It is the responsibility of the petitioners to do all of the above!
